In 1776, the Llivi ancestors built the winery. Over the years and the different generations, it has been adapted to the new wine and agricultural necessities.
Its philosophy about the elaboration process may has been seen in its facilities. They use the newest technologies without renouncing the handmade elaboration of its cavas, sweet wines, mistelas and brandies. Small productions hosted in Penedès, Cava and Catalunya Designation of Origin.
During the lasts years, the winery elaborates natural wines and wines without sulphur.
